Refashioning – with Juliette Nolan

Refashioning clothing is a way to give new life to an old garment by giving it a new look eg adding buttons or lace, or creating something completely new eg turning a pillowcase into a child’s dress. Its fun, its creative, it saves money – and it helps keep our clothing out of the landfill.

In this programme, Juliette Nolan, a self-confessed passionate amateur refashioner, shares her knowledge and enthusiasm for Refashioning. This programme will inspire you to get into your wardrobe with some scissors to revamp and upcycle your clothes that you no longer wear. In particular, Juliette has lots of creative tips for those of us who are new to the craft of refashioning.
